Suitability & Safety

All intended users must complete a suitability screening before using the chamber.

Rental includes professional installation, operating guidance and safety training. Use is subject to approval and compliance with the supplied instructions and rental agreement.

Home Chamber Safety

Your chamber will be professionally installed and you will receive full operating and safety guidance before use.

Each intended user must complete a suitability screening. Where further medical clarification is needed, we may request confirmation from an appropriate healthcare professional.

The chamber must only be used by approved users, with the supplied equipment, and in accordance with the training, manufacturer instructions and rental agreement.

Do not use the chamber if you are unwell, unable to equalise your ears comfortably, or if the equipment appears damaged or is not operating normally.

Smoking, flames, flammable products, oils and other prohibited items are not permitted in or near the chamber.

Personal electronic devices

Phones, tablets and laptops may only be used where specifically approved during installation and training and where permitted by the chamber manufacturer’s instructions.

Devices must not be charged or connected to mains power inside the chamber.

Power banks, damaged devices, overheating devices and unapproved electrical accessories must not be taken inside.

Any device must be in good condition and used only in accordance with the guidance provided.

London Oxygen Centre may prohibit personal electronic devices where there is any safety concern.

Support is available throughout the rental period for operating questions or equipment concerns.

Important: The detailed operating rules, prohibited items and customer responsibilities should remain in the signed rental agreement, screening form, safety acknowledgement and manufacturer operating manual.
